Paramore reageert op statement van Josh en Zac Farro

Paramore is de afgelopen weken veel in het nieuws geweest zoals jullie wel gelezen hebben. Josh en Zac Farro besloten uit de band te gaan en vervolgens ontstond er een rel over de echtheid van het verhaal van Josh en Zac. Zo plaatsten de broers op YouTube een video om te bevestigen dat het waar is. Die video werd vervolgens verwijderd door YouTube. Hayley: “There’s been a lot of things said online, especially in the past week, and it sucks … it sucks to read it, and it also sucks to know that responding isn’t really going to help, online, because things travel so terribly on the Internet, so we really wanted the opportunity to show our fans that we’re OK, you know? The three of us are still here, we’re not going anywhere. A lot of kids are still asking if the band is breaking up, and that just goes to show how broken the communication online can be, when rumors start traveling. So this is our way of showing that there’s a future and we’re stoked for it. You’ve just got to know that what’s important is the three of us are still here, and that we want to do this, and that’s the positive part about this.”
