Enkele weken geleden werd het nieuwe album New Bermuda van Deafheaven aangekondigd. De plaat verschijnt op 2 oktober via ANTI- Records en bevat slechts vijf nummers. Sinds kort staat de lead single, “Brought To The Water”, online. Deze kun je hieronder beluisteren.

Frontman George Clark vertelt het volgende over de track: “We wanted to share ‘Brought to the Water’ first because it gives a good idea of the overall sonic tone of the record and really evokes feelings that come with uprooting and throwing oneself into the complacent, monotonous routine of adulthood.”
