Jared Leto noemt 30 Seconds To Mars een kunstproject

Jared Leto, frontman van 30 Seconds To Mars, heeft gezegd dat zijn band niet zomaar een band is, maar een kunstproject. Hij vertelde dat hij niet wil dat de band alleen maar muziek maakt, maar ook boeken, short films en documentaires. “We’ve always thought about 30 Seconds To Mars not just as a band but an art project. A place where we would make music, we would make books, we would make art in general, short films, documentaries”. Hij ging verder: “I mean really the music is the glue that binds it all together but its certainly not just about the music, it’s about community, it’s about a life.”

Op 20 mei zal de band hun nieuwe album Love Lust Faith + Dreams uitbrengen.
