Chiodos gaat akoestisch album uitbrengen

Chiodos is van plan om in de nabije toekomst een akoestisch album te gaan maken. Op deze akoestische plaat komen nummers die verschenen op eerder uitgebracht albums. Hoewel er nog geen concrete plannen klaarliggen, is het al wel duidelijk dat deze release zal verschijnen voordat de band aan een nieuw studioalbum zal gaan werken. Hieronder vind je een fragment uit een recent interview.

It’s a really cool record. Definitely what I think Chiodos needed to come out with considering everything that is happening at the time. So I know Chiodos has done some acoustic stuff in the past looking back at “A Letter from Janelle” and “I Didn’t Say I was Powerful, I Said I was a Wizard”, would you ever consider making these songs into acoustic versions and re-releasing them?

Yeah that’s actually in the plans right now. We’re going to try some from this album and all the albums really and put together some sort of acoustic release out of it. We don’t have a timeline exactly but probably the next thing on our agenda before writing our new album.
